- Ordered products will be processed & dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. In most cases it will be shipped same business day as order receipt.

- For orders below the free shipping amount we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 55 at this time.
- Depending on the products in your order, it will be shipped from multiple locations and a single order could arrive in multiple packages. We will send you tracking details for all packages in your order.
- Delivery can take from 2-8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) depending on your location. However, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days nationally and typically 3 days for the metros.
- We use reputed couriers such as Fedex, DTDC, Professional etc. Sometimes delays happen in delivery due to the couriers. In such cases we follow up with them and ensure delivery.
